こんな感じで使います。
A：Our son is always surfing the net and doesn’t pay attention in his studies.
We must tell him to study.
うちの子はいつもネットサーフィンをしてて、勉強に気を配らないんだよ。
彼に勉強するよう言わないとね
B：I’ve been telling him to study seriously ever since.
But it’s no use saying.
あれ以来、真剣に勉強するよう彼に言ってるんだけど。
言うだけ無駄だよ。
A：Your boss makes you work very hard.
All your co-workers got promotion but you. . .
あなたの上司はあなたをとても忙しく働かせるね。
同僚はみな昇進したのに、あなたは…。
B：But I love this job and want to continue despite all the problems.
でも、私はこの仕事好きだし、その問題があっても続けたいんだよね。
A：It’s no use saying, then.
じゃあ、言っても意味ないね。
